Warranty Policy
Pachislo machines listed on this site come standard with a limited ONE YEAR WARRANTY from the date of invoice. This warranty is against manufacturer defects and workmanship only. The warranty also covers any piece of the machine that is mechanical or electrical. The warranty does not cover bulbs or fuses. Some wear might be evident on certain machines due to previous use.
Bargain 6 Pack Deal and Pick & Choose 6 Machine Deal come with 90-DAY WARRANTY.
This warranty is nontransferable and applies to the original purchase only.
All machines are tested prior to leaving our warehouse. If the shipment (package) is damaged upon arrival, PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT. It is very important for you to inspect the item carefully before you sign the delivery papers. Most trucking companies will not honor any insurance claim after you have signed their delivery papers.
FedEx Ground drivers may leave the package at the destination unattended without a signature from the recipient. FedEx and American Syscom, Inc. will not take any responsibility for packages stolen after delivery with or without signature. If possible, track package and make sure to accept your package in person for a secure delivery.
The warranty does not apply:
Damages or problems which result from improper handling, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, vandalism, act of god, modification, alteration, incorrect electrical current or voltage. Therefore, these costs are paid by the customer. The machines that are resold to someone who did not purchase the machines directly from us. For such machines, we will not be responsible for any damages or problems.
Warranty Repair Procedure:
From our experience, almost all of the problems can be fixed over the phone or by replacing a part. In such cases, we have to have the same machine in our stock. We will pay for the shipping for such parts and the parts are free of charge only if the above condition applies. Please note that our machines are limited in quantities. If your machine needs to be exchanged due to unrepairable damage or trouble and the same machine is no longer available, we will exchange your machine with a machine of equal value. Proof of purchase is required. Please use original packing materials for return shipping.
If you are in the local area, you can make an appointment to bring your machine to our office for repair. If you are outside the local area, we will do our best to provide you with support over the phone.
American Syscom, Inc. (pachislo.com) reserves the right to decide whether to repair the machine by sending you the parts or by replacing the machine.
Return Policy:
If within 7 days from the delivery date you are not satisfied with any purchase, you can return the item for any reason. You will receive your money back, less the cost of shipping and a 15% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 7 days. You must ship your return within 7 days after the date you received your item.
If you refuse the delivery for any reason besides visible damage to outer box, you will need to pay the return shipping fee in addition to a 15% restocking fee.
