Pachislo.com, they did everything s promised and the Pachinko machine
arrived in good order and looks great. It also works great as well. As for
the shipping, your other customers were dead on. First, I chose FedEx
ground and you shipped it by DHL. I have only had 3 items ever shipped by
DHL in my long internet buying history and I had to go and pick up 2 of
the items on my own twice. It arrived at the local station on early
Thursday morning and when I called DHL, they said it did not make it in
time for delivery that day. On Friday I checked the status and it still
was sitting at the station. After calling them and discussing the
situation on 3 phone calls over 1-1/2 hours, they asked me if I could wait
for it on Saturday. The thought of wasting my Satuday was too much so I
told them that I would come and get it myself. I know its easy for
Pachilo.com to sit back and let the shipping people take the heat, but the
customer must rate the overall experience and they must also bare the
responsibility when their contractor has poor service. Especially when
their customers consistanly have issues with them. When I pay almost $50
for shipping, I expect them to deliver it to my house at their expected
delivery date. |

many cases, I found pachislo.com while looking for something else on the
Internet. My wife enjoys slot machines, so I decided to check into the
prices, shipping and etc. After diggin arounf their site, I went googling
for slot machines and found that pachislo.com had the best prices both on
machines and shipping. I spoke with cusomer service on a couple of
questions and then ordered the Savanna Park model. It arrived a couple
days earlier than promised. The container and packing were excellently
done. The machine was very clean with no bangups or scratches. The only
evidence that this was a used machine was around the ash tray. Since this
was a Christmas present, I had to wait to actually play the machine. It
performs flawlessly! My whole family enjoys it! Even, my 16 month old
grandson has learned how to put tokens in and pull the handle! The only
complaint I have, was that the website said that this machine comes with a
rotary dial type volume control. The controls they sell are a knob type
affair so I assumed that that was what was included. There are rotary
volume controls in the machine for each speaker (3 of them.) but you need
a small screwdriver. Inconvenient, but ok. After the first of the year, I
plan to purchase one or two more of these machines from
pachislo.com. |
